1. The service

ChaosOps AI is a workspace for organizing household and small-business operations: records (subscriptions, bills, insurance, vehicles, property, travel and similar), a document vault, reminders, and optional AI-assisted document extraction and Q&A. Plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page.

2. Not professional advice

ChaosOps AI provides organizational summaries only — never legal, tax, financial, insurance, investment, or medical advice. Verify important dates, amounts, and obligations against your original documents and consult a qualified professional for decisions.

3. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for your credentials and enrolled authenticator.
• Only upload content you have the right to store and share with your workspace members.
• No unlawful content, no attempts to break tenant isolation, no abuse of AI or connector quotas.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. You can export records as CSV at any time, and you may request account erasure (see the Privacy Policy). We access workspace content only to operate the service.

5. Fees

The free plan is free. Paid plans, when available, are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access reverts to the free plan's limits at the end of the paid period. [OWNER REVIEW: refund policy.]

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. [OWNER REVIEW: jurisdiction, arbitration, and the liability cap.]

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
